How do I know what type of massage therapy is right for me?
During your first visit, we’ll talk about your goal’s— whether it’s stess relief, pain management, injury recovery, or relaxtion. Based on your needs, i’ll reccommend the massage style (or combination of techniques) that will benefit you most.
What are the benefits of regular massage?
Massage does more then just help you relax. Regular session’s can help ease muscle tension, improve circulation, reduce stress and promote better sleep. Over time, many people also notice less pain, improved flexility, more balanced, and leave you feeling lighter.
How often should I get a massage?
That really depend’s on your goal’s. Some people come in once a month for relaxtion and stress relief, while other’s come in weekly or every other week if they are working through chronic pain or injuries. We’ll figure out what works for you.
Do I have to completely undress for a massage?
Not at all. You are encouraged to undress only to the level that feel’s comfortable for you. You’ll always be drapped appropriately so that only the area i’m working on is uncovered. Your comfort is the top priority.
